On Sunday past, equestrians and cowboys and caballeros rode the main street lined with vendors of beer and candy and cowboy hats for many hours with great pride of their training accomplishments. Many hundreds of horses, trainers and riders filled this mountain town with excitement as the riders demonstrated their prancing dancing thoroughbred steed's acumen and talents before awed crowds of amazed onlookers. This national event highlighted the Christmas season and brought the traffic to a virtual standstill, so much so that many taxi drivers were not able to work and left their mechanical mounts behind to blend in with the many other thousands of spectators. http://www.spanishclassesonline.biz |

AuthorHi, my name is Kenny. I retired from Eastman Kodak in 2005 and ended up in Nicaragua after spending a few boring years in Florida retirement. Now I'm busy volunteering at a Spanish school in Estelí. Archives
